How to place an order?

Enter isneakerme.com, then click on the item you like, choose your size, you can always use the size chart for any help, and finally add it to the Shopping Cart. For check out, just click on the shopping bag on the right side on top of the page. At Checkout, you can choose the payment method, fill in your address and contact info and Click "Buy Now".

Can I place an order on the phone?

Unfortunately you can’t, but our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you at any point.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can use the reference code we sent you in the order confirmation email.

My order arrived damaged

We’re really sorry to hear this. All items should be checked prior to dispatch. Please accept our deepest apologies and contact us at info@isneaker.eu and we’ll get this resolved for you.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a very limited space of time where an order can be cancelled. You can contact us and we'll try our best to help.

Can I change the details of my order?

Yes, just send us an email on info@isneaker.eu with the new details. However, please make sure you do that only a couple hours after placing the order, because once the details get in the system it will be very hard to change them.

Do I need an account to place my order?

You can choose to use our guest checkout to place an order or you can create an account during purchase. By creating an account, you will get a 10% off promotional code, check out faster, and update your profile information for future orders.

Do you have a physical store somewhere? And what is the address?

We don’t have a physical store anywhere, as we are an online sneaker store. However, we can deliver the shoe you want to your door steps within 3 to 5 days, without you going to the crowdy malls and waiting in long lines.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after placing the order.

Can I collect the product by myself?

Unfortunately you can’t, our friendly courier can get it to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.

How will my order be delivered?

Soon after placing your order, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange the delivery depending at your convenience, on receipt of the item a signature will be required, and in case they fail to contact you, the item will not be delivered, so make sure you provide us with a phone number that you can reach at all times.

What is your return/exchange policy, how long does it take, and how much does it cost?

You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item has to be unused and in new condition. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be unused and new condition. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 25 EURO. We will either exchange the returned item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.  iSneaker does not refund shipping costs. If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 25 EURO.

Hungarian law applies to your contract when you purchase with us at iSneaker.eu

What types of payments do you accept?

You can pay safely online with a credit card or PayPal account. 

Are my card details safe?

Absolutely, we use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely. None of your Credit/Debit card information is stored anywhere on our site.

How do I redeem a Coupon code?

You can redeem your Coupon code by entering your code in the Coupon code field at check out and then click the 'Add Coupon' button. You can only use the Coupon for products that are not already on sale.

How many products can I buy using the coupon?

You can use the coupon for one order only, regardless of the amount of items you have purchased. However, you can only use the coupon for products that are not already on sale

Of course, we are official sellers of Nike. All the shoes we sell are 100% authentic.

What if I can’t find my size in the item I want?

We are sorry that you can’t find your size, but all available sizes and products are already published online. However, we might restock some time, so why don’t you subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive all our news about releases and restocking.
